Aaron Hammer and I just got back from 1 week of fishing down the Alaska Peninsula (60miles SW of King Salmon on the Bristol Bay side) on a
tributary of the King Salmon River. We choppered in on a Friday and back out the following Friday, camping for the week in one of the most remote and beautiful places on the planet. The fishing was awesome, Chum Salmon to 15lbs, rainbow trout to 24 inches (loads on mouse pattern flies), huge arctic grayling and a few arctic char. Rus of Epic Angling and Adventure was our host for the week and we had a superb session.
