Village Creek, Friday 30 May 2008
Village Creek has been elusive for the club as water levels last year precluded a chance for the bluegill and bass. Let's hope the weather gives us a shot this year. This outing is set for a Friday cause if the river is in good shape we want it to ourselves.

Join us early Saturday the 26th of January for a friendly competition to see who can catch the most rainbows as determined by the measured total inches of fish. Use Mark's ballon indicator and plop it down. We will end up a Greune Hall to discuss the veracity of the measurements and pick the winner. Go to Guad One Fly for all the details.

Trout Fishing the Lower Mountain Fork River, Friday the 29th of February and Saturday, and Sunday the 1st and 2nd of 2008
Fish for rainbows and brown trout during a three day outing to the stocked waters of the Lower Mountain Fork River near Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The Lower Mountain Fork River trout fishery has rapidly improved to become one of the top year- round trout destinations in the South. The river supports trout for the first 12 miles below Broken Bow Dam and has produced brown trout weighing over 17 pounds and rainbows weighing over 10 pounds. About 5 miles of this trout area is in the Beavers Bend State Park, offering excellent access. Go to Broken Bow Trip Information for all the details. If you are a TFF member Sign up here.
